GREETINGS! Our family welcomes you to our little slice of Heaven on Earth - a comfortable and spacious townhouse aka AngelStarPlace in Building #97 right in the heart of Mount Washington Village. This has been our home away from home for the last 15 years, and we are now ready to share our home with you as well. We are located just down the hill, behind the main Village area of Alpine Lodge, and 2 min. away from the Eagle Express and Whiskey Jack chair lifts. Geared for families, your stay includes a great view of the slopes, and you can ski in/ski out or snowshoe in or out too! This is a two level townhouse, along with an unfinished basement, and full amenities: full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement, coffemaker, blender, toaster, microwave, and dry sauna. Sleeps 6 people comfortable, but can fit 7 if several are kids. 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath: Bedroom #1 (The Indigo Room): Queen, Bedroom #2 (The Agate Room): Queen, Bedroom #3 (The Emerald Room): Bunk bed - Double on the bottom, Single on top. Free Wifi, Cable TV and Guest Streaming service - Netflix and Prime. A variety of DVDs as well as a plethora of board games and puzzles are at your disposal during your stay. You can also store your skiis and other equipment in the unfinished basement. Our rental model is a self clean model where you are fully responsible for cleaning the premises when you leave, and have it sparkling clean and pristine for the next tenant. We hope that you enjoy our townhouse and respect it as your own. PLEASE: No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs, No Pets, and No Parties (as we have neighbours and long-term tenants in adjoining units). MINIMUM STAYS: REGULAR SEASON - 2 nights. HOLIDAYS (incl. Christmas to New Years; Family Day weekend, Spring Break, Easter Weekend): 3 nights. BOOKING INFO: Damage deposit: $150 this is required which will be returned upon inspection of premises. Maximum 7 persons - exceeding maximum # of persons may result in forfeit of damage deposit. Full payments due within 7 days of reservation. *Holiday bookings full payments due within 3 days of booking due to high demand of these timeframes*. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to your booked dates. If cancellation occurs 7 days prior to arrival dates, you will be refunded 50% per night for each night of stay. No refund for cancellations <24 hrs prior to or day of arrival. Due to high demand, holiday bookings are non refundable, however If we are able to rebook your allotted days within 48-72 hours, we will refund all but one night booking.
